14 Day Money Back Guarantee

We want to ensure that you are totally happy with the items you buy from us. You are welcome to send back to us any items within 14 days of receipt of goods (excluding chemicals), for any reason as long as the item is re-saleable. We will be happy to exchange for another item or simply refund your money (less original carriage costs).

There are of course a few provisos; the item you’re returning must meet the following conditions:

  • Excludes any chemicals
  • Paper products must be unopened
  • Cleaning equipment must be Unused
  • Complete with original labels and packaging
  • Protective equipment and clothing must be unused
  • Must not be a personalised garment
  • Complete with tags, packaging and labels

Please Note: Some of the larger commercial and industrial equipment may be subject to a re-stocking charge of up to 25% of the goods value.

We aim to deal with all returns within 1 week whether your return is for exchange or refund. You will usually receive your replacement or refund within 7-14 days although during busy periods, refunds may take longer. You are welcome to call or e-mail us at any time to check the status of your return.

Delivery Times

We aim to despatch any cleaning supplies orders placed by 2pm the same day, for next day delivery within the UK mainland only. However, we ask that you allow 3 to 5 Working Days for delivery during busy periods.

We carry a vast range of stock for all items on our website; however there are times when we receive an influx of orders for a particular product that results in us having to replenish our stock from suppliers. In situations where this occurs, items are normally despatched within 3 to 10 Working Days and a member of our customer services team will be in touch to inform you of any delays.

Shipping

At present our website is only capable of charging for delivery within the UK mainland, excluding Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and the Scottish Islands. Customers purchasing from outside the UK mainland will be required to pay any additional carriage costs and will be contacted by a member of our customer services team.

For clarification, the Scottish Highlands are defined as postcodes; AB30-56, FK17-99, G83, IV1-28, IV30-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-33, PA34-40, PH18-26, PH30-41 and PH49-50.

Whereas the Scottish Islands are defined as postcodes; HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44 and ZE1-3.

Returns

When goods are returned as not required, the customer must pay their own carriage costs. If you have ordered the wrong product, it will be at your expense to return these goods to us. They need to be returned unopened (this applies to chemical and paper products) in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition or you will still be charged for the products.

If you have purchased goods on a bulk buy rate and you return goods that then take the original order below the bulk buy rate you will then be charged the difference.

No requests for return will be considered for goods invoiced more than one month prior to the date of enquiry. Before returning any pallets or goods, you must contact us for a returns number and the invoice number must be within the goods before any credit can be raised.

Faulty Goods

Goods that are found to have a manufacturing fault on receipt by the customer or develop a fault through reasonable "WEAR AND TEAR" within a 6 week period from invoice date will be exchanged free of charge subject to inspection by Mammoth Cleaning Supplies. If after inspection the goods are found to be faulty, any carriage costs incurred by returning the faulty goods will be reimbursed in full.

Damaged Goods

Any goods damaged in transit should be signed for as "DAMAGED". Goods should be checked immediately and in the event of any shortage, loss or damage, the company and carriers must be notified at once by telephone, and subsequently such notification must be confirmed in writing.

Value Added Tax

Final price paid will include VAT where applicable.
